Shipping & Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

Each item is handmade with care, and many pieces are made-to-order. Because of the time and craftsmanship involved, we have the following return policy in place:

All Sales

  • All items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Made-to-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for non-custom items only.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Crochet Hooks & Handmade Items

  • Slight variations in color, shape, or design are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

  • These variations are not considered defects.

Patterns (Digital Products)

  • All crochet patterns are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their digital nature.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, materials and production may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by shipping carriers

    • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
